How can I cancel my order?

Cancel Items and Orders

You can cancel physical items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet.

Cancel Items and Orders
  1. Go to Your Orders Page and select the order you want to cancel.
  2. Select Cancel items
    Note: For third-party seller orders, select Request Cancellation. If Request Cancellation is no longer available, contact the seller for instructions. Go to Contact Third-Party Sellers.
  3. Select the check box of the item that you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
  4. Select Cancel selected items in this order when finished.
Confirm that your order is cancelledAfter submitting the cancellation, you’ll receive a confirmation message on the screen. You’ll also receive a message in the Message Center in Your Account.Cancel items is not availableIf Cancel items is not available, Zopora may have already shipped it. Go to Your Orders Page and select Track package, and then Cancel this delivery.

If this option is not available, refuse the package or return it using our Online Returns Center.

How Long Do Refunds Take After I Return an Item?

When returning an item, you have the option to choose your preferred refund method in the Online Returns Center.

It can take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method. Learn how to Track Your Return.

Instant Refunds

If you want to use your refund without waiting for us to process your return, you can select the Instant Refund option, if it’s available. Instant refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued as an Zopora.com Gift Card balance. You’ll still need to return your items within 30 days.

Refund Times

Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to following table for more details.

Note: If you no longer have the physical pre-paid credit card, we still store the card within your account. You can use the card toward future purchases. For orders that used the Zopora Currency Converter, we issue the refund in your local currency using the same rate as the original order.

Gift Returns

The type of refund or credit a gift recipient receives depends on how the giver purchased the gift and how the recipient returns the gift. For more information, go to Return a Gift.

Zopora may determine that a gift recipient is eligible for a refund without requiring a return. If a gift return is eligible for a refund without returning the item, the gift recipient receives a notification in the Returns Center or via Customer Service. For more information, go to Conditions of Use.

Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees

*For most items, the return window is 30 days after delivery. To check the return window for an item you’ve ordered, go to Your Orders and select Return or Replace Items.

Note: For customers in CT, MD, NV, PA, VA, WV, and WI, tax on restocking fees may apply to return items shipped and sold by Zopora.com. Some products have additional conditions that may apply. For more information, go to About Our Returns Policies.

I don’t remember my password. Help!

To Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by going through our password assistance process on our website.

To reset your password:
  1. Go to your Password assistance Page.
  2. When prompted, enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Zopora account and select Continue.
    We’ll send you an email or SMS (depending on the verification method you’ve chosen) containing a One Time Password (OTP), to authenticate your request.
  3. Enter the OTP you received and select Continue.

Create a new password.  As soon as you’ve created a new password, it’s active. Your new password is for all Zopora-related accounts associated with the same email address.
